1 /5 Adam Hovey: Unlike what I assume is a sister Fellowship in North Augusta, Ive actually been to this one, when I was younger. I was not impressed with it. My brother had been going there for some time, and I told him that he doesnt need to be going there, I explained to him my issues with it, not the least of which is the intentional misrepresentation of Catholics, which I wasnt even one at the time I went there, so thats an issue. Also, apparently them not knowing the etymology of the word religion, see my review on the one in North Augusta for that. Hint, its not an insult. I also take issue with worship that says that its worship, but its actually praise, unless a sacrifice is taking place, its technically not worship. Im not talking about animal sacrifice, so you figure it out. What bothers me most about this place though, other than re baptizing people that have already been baptized, or at least they used to I dont know if they still do. Is that they have the audacity, to say that theyre non-denominational. Theres no such thing, even interdenominational is a misnomer, because theres some interpretation that they are giving people every Sunday, that is either going to be Calvinist, Arminist or something else. I read one of the comments that said that the type of worship is how the Spirit moves them, no its not, its how they interpret the Spirit is moving them. In spite of all these complaints that I have, and believe me I have more, like believing you should read incomplete Bibles (yall are missing seven books), they are introducing people to the word of God, that might not otherwise know it, even if I think their interpretation is wrong, and they are my brothers and sisters in Christ, even if they dont accept my baptism as valid which it is. Schism begets schism. I think yall should read John 17:21.
