ricky daniel Traveling home from Atlanta back to south GA on a Sunday when my truck experienced extreme engine misfire. I got a room in Macon knowing I couldnt get home. A friend referred me to Calhoun Automotive, he knew the shop forman, Kevin. Kevin called me on a Sunday and told be to bring it Monday morning, that there would be a bay and a technician ready to look at it. Kristie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Within 2 hours Kevin informed me of the problem (a nicked wire on an injector), reviewed the diagnostic report and the recommended service I needed. Due to the expenses of the hotel and tow, financially the recommended repairs were a strain at that moment. I was told I was safe to get home and I was charged basically only for the diagnostics. Calhoun Auto treated me fairly and quickly allowed me to get on my way home. Its always a concern when you are away from home and need service like this; will I be treated fairly? The answer is a resounding yes. I will absolutely recommend them, they are honest and professional.

Scott Hastings As usual, the service tech did the best job ever on my alignment. But what really sold me on this store forever is how I saw Barron treat an 82 year old female customer in the store. She had her car in last week for a half shaft and seals. She brought it back today since it wasn’t driving right. Barron took a look at it and sat down with her to explain that he didn’t want her driving it home - it wasn’t safe. He ordered a Nissan OEM part that would take a couple days to come in. He told her he wasn’t going to charge her anything to do the replacement and even drove her home in his personal car! Most places would’ve taken advantage of her so I was so pleased to see how well these folks take care of their customers! You just don’t see that anymore! THANKS Barron! You’re one of a kind!!!

The price was cheaper than competitors, but the quality of repair and professionalism in the office outshined the other repair shops I interacted with. I highly recommend them, its been close to a year since the repair, everything is working perfectly.
