Mary Parker I can not say enough good things about this place. I absolutely LOVE them. My son has sensory processing disorder and extreme anxiety. He was terrified of the dentist we used before. It was always a nightmare going. But Dr. Cozart is absolutely amazing. She is so patient and kind. We are so beyond impressed with this office. You will not find a better dentist.

Betty S Peeples I was looking for a good Dentist due to my current Dentist always canceling or changing her schedule. So therefore I figure she didnt want my business and I would go to someone who does. I called and was fortunate they had a cancelation and worked me in. Amanda was super sweet and cleaned my teeth. I honestly didnt feel no pain. Dr. Stockslager was very nice and spent time talking to me. I felt very comfortable there and highly recommend this practice. This is my new and permanent dentist.

Jeff Stanley I had the most pleasant experience when I had my wisdom tooth pulled. I was put under sedation which is what I wanted. I was called back about five minutes before my appointment schedule and was out in my car 45 minutes later. I felt no pain during the procedure of course and the minimal pain afterwards was taken care of with two ibuprofen. I really did not even need that. I just took it in case there was worse to come. Now the problem. They charged me a 3% convenience fee for the use of a credit card. The problem was that they did not tell me beforehand they did that. If I had known by being told I could have brought cash. They do not take checks and I do not blame them. They should have told me there was a "convenience fee". Who was it convenient for? Certainly not me. My out of pocket for one wisdom tooth extraction under sedation was $195.70 so far.........................My doctor was Dr Michael Pruett. The NP that set up the IV also did a good job with minimal pain. The packed the empty socket with gauze and it only needed changing one time. I wish they had done me right on the billing so I could give five stars. The "convenience fee" was about $5.

Jerrie Lewis First I want to say the atmosphere of Providence was inviting and welcoming. The service was exceptional, from the front staff to the doctors. I am now a forever patient. I cant say enough about Providence Dental Spa! Outstanding service!! Dr. Williams and staff is awesome and very personable.
