1 /5 Annamarie Gainey: I was just here with my husband. Called last week to schedule a cleaning. We were told the next available appointment would be in June, but we were put on a cancellation list and we were able to be seen today. They asked if there had been any changes in our address, phone numbers, or insurance information and I told them no. We have been to their office within the past year, we did not have insurance then and still do not. My husband gets to the back and is seated to have his cleaning, to have the tech come to him and say “you don’t have insurance” and proceeds to do everything but a cleaning and charge us $191.00. Not sure where the miscommunication happened but extremely disappointed. What was done today, was an exam that we had already paid for and had completed. Now we are out $191.00 again. As I said we don’t have insurance so money is scraped up in order to get these types of things done. Would not recommend.
