5 /5 Melissa Miles: We joined the church several years ago and love this community of affirming and welcoming people. The congregation is involved in so many outreach programs across the community. Off the top of my head, homeless ministries, food pantries, backpack ministry, social justice, education, etc. The church hosts an event each Christmas to raise a significant amount of money for a local charity. I appreciate that the congregation wants to bless the community and not keep its talent and resources inside the church walls.

Overcoming By Faith Church Ministries

Alfreda Richardson Overcoming By Faith has been a staple in my life for a long time. Pastor Rick used to hold a service in the SSU theater when I was a student and now he still has a dynamic college ministry actually picking the students up and providing a pantry and a good Sunday meal. The children and youth ministry is amazing. My children love coming to church!

City Church Savannah

Dale Sherry Warm, wonderful people. Bible-based, honest teaching. Pastor Jim brings the word in all its weight. There is a well staffed childcare center, as well. No feeling of being pressured at all, just welcome there. Good free lattes and coffee. Music is current, very relevant, but excessively loud... But they do have earplugs for those who need them.

A Ron PARKING LOT PRAISE has a very humbling impact, to be in my personal space yet still surrounded by believers is comforting and uplifting. Bishop Darden and the church Ministers have never failed to give us a relevant, true Bible based word. Always welcoming to any one seeking a life changing new or deeper relationship with God through Christ Jesus. God is having His way at New Generation Full Gospel Church.

St Johns Episcopal Church - savannah

Timothy Prinz Last Sunday my cousin and I attended St Johns for an 11:00 church service, with the Atlanta Boys Choir. The service was glorious. The congregation was extremely friendly after the service they had a wonderful coffee over at the Meldrum Green house. Thank you for the highlight of our visit to wonderful Savannah

Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church

Zane Powell This is a beautiful church right in the middle of historic Savannah, GA. The sanctuary has gorgeous stained glass windows with a huge pipe organ at the front. Was there for a family wedding and the pastor did a great job.
