5 /5 Collisa Fergus: I recently had my vehicle serviced at this location and I was blown away by the honesty and customer service. The owner took his time to explain the cause of the issues and the measures he took to diagnose the vehicle, when replacing parts he also took photos of all the old parts to verify new parts where put in. This is now my go to for my car needs. I gave this shop five stars because they are honest, reliable and gave awesome customer service, and highly recommend!

2 /5 T E DuPree-Thompson El: I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with services rendered by Conyers Car Care in Conyers, Georgia, for my 2004 Mini Cooper. A few months ago, I brought my vehicle to this facility after being assured it could be repaired. Following the diagnostic assessment and proposed solutions, I approved repairs exceeding $3,000. However, upon retrieving the vehicle, it became evident that the car remains unsalvageable, directly contradicting the initial assessment and the substantial charges incurred. The vehicle has since been moved to a salvage yard, representing a complete loss of my investment. Another mechanic who specializes in foreign cars looked at the list of repairs that were on my invoice and shook his head in the tell tell way of calling bullshit. Questioning the “rust” charge and the fee for timing chain adjustments. I was refunded some of the charges but still ended up paying more than $2k. Please verify what people say so you don’t end up spending thousands on useless/undone/bogus repairs.

1 /5 LaTrece Dash: I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased my daughter’s car from Don Scott with credible auto sales LLC…. I pick my car up from this location and I didpay tax tax and title went to pick up my tag and they never registered for me to get my tax and now we don’t have a tag to even resell the car that was sold to us that she can’t even drive. The brakes went out on her. She almost got into a car accident. He kept saying he don’t know anything is wrong with the carbon when I took it to the mechanic the mechanic said that somebody tried to repair the car and they did it wrong Hook up computer up to the car to read the new parts they put a wrong part a different part that doesn’t even go to the car on the car. I’ve reached out. He’s blocked me. I went and sent certified mail to let him Title so we can try to get the car fixed he’s not responding. I went to his mechanics office conyers Car Care Center where we actually picked the car up and they give you the runaround saying they haven’t seen them and then they finally get on the phone with him and say he’ll call you and he never calls
