1 /5 Raquel Locascio: Rick told my son that it would be 2 weeks before they could look at his truck, when 2 weeks came we tried to call with no answer. We called from another # and they answered. When they did answer we were told by Renee that it would be a month before they can diagnose it. They are very unprofesional to drag us around. I think they cherry pick which jobs they want to do. I DO NOT recomend them unless you want to get dragged around.

I have been using them for years and they have always been honest with me about whether or not my vehicles need repairs or just servicing. I have never had an issue with the quality of their work. They are always fair in their pricing on labor and parts. I would recommend them to anyone in the Covington area looking for an honest mechanic to work on their vehicle.

1 /5 P J: My husband took his moms car to get it fixed, and had to tow it there. He kept it 2 weeks, paid $840, picked it up. The next morning it wouldnt crank, which was the reason he took it in the first place. Towed it back and he wasnt interested in working on it, since hed gotten paid. He wouldnt return phone calls, his wife wouldnt give messages, and we suspected they were recognizing his number. He called from my number and they picked it right up. They hadnt touched it for a week. We ride over there and he says he "pulled on this wire" and it cranked. We drive it home and the very next morning it wont crank. He got his $840 and he was done with us, but we still have a car that doesnt run. He also didnt clean the parts he was supposed to be working on. We were told he would also replace a water pump, but we still have the old one on it. Weve got pictures of the same water pump. Keep your money and go somewhere else. This guy doesnt care about you or your car.

1 /5 Arron Gross: Totally unprofessional place of business. I brought my Toyota Highlander here to replace my knock sensors which cost me over $600 to replace and after they completed the work, all the guy could tell me is that same check engine light came back on, yet its totally fine to drive the vehicle with this code especially since I live in Newton County where there is no emissions testing. Mind you, my car at the time of pickup still wasnt running appropriately. Long story short, I paid $600+ dollars to have the same problem. Stay away from the incompetent, joke of a business if you love your automobile.

5 /5 Dana Render: Quick service with honest pricing. No up-selling of unnecessary service and very professional and kind. I was going to take my car to a dealership and was told it would have to wait about 5 days for an appointment and was quoted about $900 for basic maintenance and a diagnostic...so without even addressing the issue I was having I would walk out the door at almost a grand. Corleys was able to get me in 3 days sooner and was much more reasonable for the maintenance and troubleshooting for repair. This shop is 30 miles from my home but will gladly bring it back for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
