Arun Gupta Whenever I come from India to stay with my daughter in Decatur, I enjoy my long walks on the Sycamore Dr, and when I pass by this beautiful church, it gives me a feeling of peace. I like the minimalist and simple architecture of the church and its peaceful location.

Jan Daniel Beautiful place to worship. Diverse congregation of Caribbean and American people. Visitors are always given a warm welcome and there is a healthy atmasphore of family and community spirit. A meal is served after service every Sunday and you are sure to get a enjoyable surprise. As a member for nearly 10 years I do look foward to the Spiritual Fellowship which we all share every Sunday when we meet. Nobody is a stranger even if you are visiting for the first time

Michelle Peek Preacher was great I went up on the sad circumstances but it was a Beautiful Eulogy the preacher delivered even though it was a sad time I enjoyed the service hes looking for a church home thats a good place to start

Renee Kirlin I have been a part of this loving, inclusive, welcoming and affirming church for almost 18 years, and while it is not perfect (since it is after all a human endeavor), I love and appreciate it more with each passing year. Raising a child in such a Christian community was my original goal but what I found instead was the church of my childhood dreams - one that welcomed everyone, and I do mean everyone, to be part of this body of Christ. If you are considering visiting I hope you will come, and come several time since our services vary greatly which keeps things interesting!

My church home and my true community — we are led by an amazing, caring, Spirit-led Pastor, Pastor Barnette, and are blessed to have thriving ministries from youth, to young adults, to young at heart, to worships and arts, to missions and outreach and so on and so on. I’m inspired continually by the faith of this church and how God-breathed so much of its history and story has been. At Peace, I’ve not only learned from the messages, but found a church that helped me to understand my faith, my servant leadership, God’s call for community and partnership in our lives and so much more. Peace is a church you just have to experience for yourself.

Maria Eduarda Marques My daughter attended this school for 3 years : chipmunks/ butterfly class, zebra class and starfish class. Thanks to all her teachers : Mrs. Luz, Mrs. Amber. Mrs. Martha, Mrs. Kathleen, Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Nicole. Of course all the staff can be included to this 3 years of happiness . Mrs Katie, Mrs. Elizabeth, Mrs Meredith, Mrs Sue and Mrs. Kelma!!I have nothing to complain about it. My daughter was always happy and had a great transition to the Kindergarten at a public school! We miss YCS, thank you very much!

Scott Pierce Great vibes from entering to leaving. Pastor is a good honest man. I have been working at the church for years servicing the roofs and have gotten to know them pretty well. I pray blessings and Gods guidance to pastor, and congregation to be lead to a closer relationship with the one that gives us peace, hope, and courage to be more than what this world offers.

Chandrika Derricho Since visiting and joining the Covenant Church I have had a divine connection to the Lord, Jesus Christ. Pastor Quincy Lavelle Carswell II and First Lady April Carswell are amazing Holy Ghost filled man and woman of God. Pastor Marques is amazing as well. I have come to know and understand the Lord on another level and my life has been forever changed. I appreciate the entire Covenant family and going to this body of Christ truly makes me feel at home and connected. The Women’s Ministry is amazing and all ministries are open and welcoming. This is a great place of worship! Don’t think about it, stop by and connect with us. I’m honored to be a Covenant Partner!
