1 /5 Christina Sheffield: I did not have a very great experience with this location. Personally theres things wrong with my vehicle. That was not wrong with it prior to me. Bringing it in. I had an collision with the deer. I have a bumper guard. It was the front part of my drivers side that was damaged. Nothing to do with the back part of my trip. Which I am now having issues with are my transmission. He informed that he hooked it up and it was showing no signals on diagnostics but when I take it to my dealership and ask them why its skipping hard in the first gear. And now need a transmission flush and a sensor replaced on my brake is on the back. None of this was happening before I hit the deer. And none of it was happening before I put it in the shop but it was happening with the list in 24 hours of picking it up from the shop and when I called to speak to Mr. Norman, he informed me if there was anything else that was happened from the damage of the accident, he would get it. Covered in my insurance. For anything else I would have to cover out of my pocket. So now Im fixing that to pay my dealership.600 plus dollars to get this fixed.And I definitely feel like he did this to have me.Come back for him to do more work.And thats just half of the horrible experience.I had with this location
