It has taken us on family trips and even helped us through COVID, giving us a safe way to escape to the water without ever leaving the car. I’ve taken it to other mechanics, and they all told me the same thing: “You’d be better off getting a new car.” But not Beacon. They treated my car like a luxury vehicle fresh off the lot! She needs a lot of mechanical attention, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the work. Their customer service is impeccable, their pricing is upfront, honest and reasonable, and their care for both their customers and their vehicles is rare these days. Beacon is a 10/10 recommendation from us! If you love your car and want it in the best hands, this is the place to go.

Lee Pamela “Pam” Was referred here by one of my husbands coworkers and they didnt disappoint. Got us in quickly for an oil change and was there less than an hour. We also got a quote on a set of tires for the used vehicle we just purchased. Fair prices. Awesome customer service from the first phone call to the in person visit. We will be doing car maintenance from now on with them on both of our vehicles.

Tammy Herr Love Mr. James and his son. They are very nice and very understanding people. I would send anyone looking for good job here. They are working on my 17yr old sons 1966 Impala when no one else in or arou d Augusta would even consider looking at and fixing. They are a God send.

anthony swan This place is a joke I was getting a quote for a uhaul and I told him to wait a min and that idiot ran my credit card anyways. Went to go look at the auto transport tires were 1/32 left and dryrotted like crazy. They told me they would be safe and I had to drive 700 miles. Told them to get it the beep off my truck your not killing me. They wouldnt refund my money place is a joke. Taking to uhaul now my credit card company and then a lawyer.

Derek Carter Just wanna say Thank you to all the people @ Kendricks! Absolutely Amazing work! Will use them from now on when ever needed! I want to mention that I had special circumstances about the timeline expected for me to be without my truck, which is my work truck and without it, hard to make my living. The guys at Kendricks worked with me as best they could and only had my vehicle while working on it. Other shops had told me they needed it for a month, and had no understanding for my situation. When all said and done Kendricks had my truck at their shop for less than 2 weeks. The work looks perfect, the paint is as slick as glass. The whole process was easy. Thank you guys! To say I would highly recommend them, goes without saying. They truly cared about my situation and might be the only business left that delivers great customer service and quality at the same time! Hannah Hester Love getting my oil changed here! I come here every time and they are always very nice and helpful! Zack did my oil change today and he was very kind and did a good job! He even tried to help me fix a button that was stuck on my steering wheel. I’ll definitely be back!

Ben Johnston I brought my 2015 Subaru Outback into Butler Automotive in Evans after the check engine light came on. They ran a full diagnostic and found an issue with the oxygen sensor. They replaced it quickly and even reset the system while explaining everything thoroughly. No more light, better gas mileage, and total peace of mind. Super efficient and trustworthy team.

Sebrena Muirhead They are to honest MR TEAGUE, MR YOUNT an Mr BOTTOMS. I was referred to them by my mechanic this company looked up my tires that were correct for my Porsche Cayenne. Excellent knowledge, customer service, very honest an a clean waiting area to I will be back with my other two cars THANKS AGAIN. 10 July 25 at 1030hrs I approach Mr Phillip about purchasing a battery how about this gentleman said I can bring it in today at 1400hrs. I drop my vehicle off at 1110hrs an around 1300hrs my car was ready. YOUNT family I really appreciate the way your connect with your customers, eye contact is very important I notice a lot that your team never makes people feel dumb by asking questions. So I will continue coming back thanks again for just being kind.

Yadiel Mercedes Great local, family-owned auto shop. I did a lot of research before choosing where to take my car after an accident. I decided to go with Enrique’s because they had the quickest turn around and I am glad I picked them. They turned my car from a mess to being on the road again. I was able to communicate with the shop, I was able to talk with the mechanic who was working on my car, the girl at the desk who dealt with the insurance, and the shop owner about questions and concerns. In total I was able to drop of my car and get it back with in two weeks. I would definitely recommend this shop for your car’s needs; mechanic or paint/body work and personal or insurance work.
