1 /5 Mike Bovard: Hours and hours of waiting in ER. They get you triaged quick so they can say the wait is low, but when you get in the back it’s full stop. Unless you are a severe trauma patient you will be waiting and waiting and waiting. There were several safety violations that I could see from my little foxhole of a treatment area. This hospital has really gone downhill since purchased by Navicent. If you can make the drive to any other hospital it’s worth the trip. You would die here while everyone stands around talking about how busy they are and not doing anything.

1 /5 laurie tugman: If I could give them a zero I would! Worse experience for the 3rd time! Horrible at diagnosing issues. They just send you home sick! Once you’re in there they ignore people, couldn’t even get a cup of water. If you can make it to Macon I’d suggest that.

5 /5 Amanda Nguyen: The entire staff was amazing. Hannah was our favorite. She was very personable and told us everything to expect and I couldnt ask for better care for my fish hook little man!!

1 /5 Leah Mccoy: It has not been a good experience at all ! my family member feels neglected and overlooked. When I visited to see for myself, I was horrifed. I requested the help and medications she needed and was ordered. The nurse Pam on the skilled nursing unit , Literally told me, ( I should apply for a job there, since I feel I could do it better than her. Sorry I took you from your computer search on Amazon to do your job. If you love your family and friends dont let them go there.

1 /5 Pamela Woods: Rooms are nasty. Mask on the floor & someone’s urine sitting here. No one cleaning anything. A hospital shouldn’t be this way. Asked the nurse if they were low staffed, and she said no.
