5 /5 john crispino: The people there were outstanding! Very professional and knowledgeable. They seemed genuinely concerned and treated me with kindness and were very pleasant. Chances are I will use them for their recommendations and suggestions on how to proceed financially. They have some great options and told me that I can work them out in sections that I can afford. Being on Social Security it obviously means I have no money but they were able to give me options that I think I can use. They were excellent and I would recommend them to everyone!

Precious, Keri, and the dental planner as well as Doctor aka Dentist all of them were so awesome, caring and I was going to switch after today but Im going to stay with Aspen Dental in Milledgeville Georgia. They treat their patients with so much respect and care. Thank you so much. See you in February!

5 /5 Aletta Payne: This place is amazing compared to a regular dental office. They are so efficient and waist no time. Great customer service and very helpful with getting you an affordable treatment plan. BTW, its not easy to impress me with a dental office, I worked in a few as a hygienist and this place is winning!

1 /5 Pass Thomas (Josh): Do not come to this place. They will find things to add on that are not covered under insurance. I feel like this is a way for them to get some money upfront. That part was aggravating but today was the icing on the cake for me. I show up 6 months after my initial appointment to get a cleaning and they tell me I have a balance before I even get seen. They tell me that they require x-rays every 6 months! What?! Unheard of, at least for me. So, I’m due for x-rays again and they do an add-on fluoride treatment. My insurance only pays for x-rays once a year and doesn’t cover the random fluoride treatment that most other dental offices do for free. It’s not about the money but why don’t they just do what your insurance covers? The receptionist is just doing her job but it seems like no one can really answer why. I will not be coming back. I will wait another 6 months if I have to, to be seen by a local dentist office before I ever step back into an Aspen Dental.

1 /5 Dewey Gross: Their scheduling system sucks. Drove over an hour to get seen only to pull into the parking and recieve a text stating my appointment was being rescheduled. When I asked for an explanation and what my options were I was told I could wait the rest of the day in the lobby, out of town, or reschedule. Not only am I experiencing pain caused by my wisdom teeth, but in not able to get them taken care of because they rescheduled my appointment without calling me, after I clicked the link 3 days prior to confirm my appointment. They kept making excuses instead of offering solutions.
