John Jacob I rarely give 5 stars to any place or anyone. The 5 stars belong to DJ and Brittney. DJ towed my car from an accident. I was shook from the accident when DJ gave me paperwork and information. I called the business and spoke to Britney. DJ must be an empath. Amazing character. Britney must be psychic. I had no clue what to ask because this is my first accident. She answered questions I didnt know were questions. If I could, I would give you a raise instead of stars. Tyvm

Caliber handles all of my personal work, my professional work, and I send them new customers whenever I can. Everyone says they are trustworthy, Kevin at Caliber proves it daily. One year later and the service is still fantastic. He has recently hired a new service manager, and she seems to be a great fit for his business. He has also expanded into used cars and trucks and brings the same honesty and integrity to that business as well.

KenneyP I was having issues with a 2011 Toyota Camry, I previously took it to a different repair shop in town. They replaced a part but it didn’t fix the issue, I then went to a different repair shop who referred me to this Ed Copeland Auto Service. I was very pleased with the work which resulted in my car being fixed. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and their attention to detail. They didn’t stop until they found the issue, which turned out to be a component had come loose and was letting unregulated air enter the system. I would recommend anyone take your vehicle there if you want it fixed right.
