5 /5 Bryan Dunn: Went to accurate care automotive after getting some prices from other mechanics for a heater problem. They discovered a couple of major issues to be taken care of during a thorough inspection. Their prices were great! While we decided to hold off on the heater for now, it wasn’t because of the cost, it was a matter of the change in weather. Their quote is well below other quotes and they gave me a range of price based on possible repairs. They fixed a coolant leak while in the shop as another shop didn’t completely fix the issue. Everyone from the owner to the desk clerk were great to talk with and made me feel comfortable and informed. Car is running smooth and I have no complaints.

I feel like you guys were honest and didnt try to sell me on services I didnt need. I love being able to set up a quick appointment online and being seen at that appointment time . This was my first time using Accurate. If I dont have any issues with my car from the repairs which I dont expect to... I will definitely be an ongoing customer. Thank you for your hospitality!!

5 /5 Joe Caballero: I brought my car in because it failed emissions testing. After the initial diagnostic they gave me a list of issues with the car. An 05 Lexus that has treated me well all these years. They quoted me for the work I asked for and did not pressure me in any way for anything additional. I decided to do the additional work as well because I knew it was pending either way. The repair took a couple of days longer than quoted and the person working with me Jason was communicative and proactive. Due to the delay it clashed with an already planned trip out of town. Jason took the initiative and handled the emissions testing where it passed and once I got back it made it easy for me to do the necessary paperwork and pick up the car. The price was fair, in the middle range of other quotes I had received and the service was excellent despite the extra day to get everything done. I 10/10 will recommend these folks and when I need service again I will not hesitate to go back.

5 /5 Emily Price: I came here for the first time for a transmission fluid drain and refill for my hybrid. They gave me a VERY reasonable quote. They let me know my vehicle was way over due for maintenance that was supposed to be done by the previous owner before I bought the car by pulling up my cars CarFax service records. I have a third-party warranty so I really appreciated them informing me so if I ever need to file a claim it cannot be denied due to upkeep negligence. They also let me know I have a critter who who took up residence in my engine bay and never made it out. Luckily they saw no damage but recommended a detailer they work with who will be coming to me to help me get the little guy out (also for a very reasonable price). Overall, Im super satisfied with the work done and the communication with the staff. My car is shifting WAY better and feels more "solid". Ill definitely be back for my upkeep and any other issues.
