Jacques Burgess Recently had a Resident event and I wanted to take the time to thank Dan and staff for an amazing event! Our Residents had a blast at the Casino Night . The entire team was so great start to finish , from the friendly and professional Dealers, Awesome DJ and especially Tony hosting, everyone had a ball the staff included!

From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail was absolutely top-notch. Andrea leads with such warmth and efficiency—she clearly sets the tone for the entire team. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with games, or just making sure guests were comfortable, they went above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to outstanding customer service. Andrea and her staff have truly raised the bar. I highly recommend visiting—you won’t be disappointed!
