5 /5 MT: Gibson Mini Mart has the best tasting food at unbeatable prices. They have expanded their menu from the expected fried chicken, chicken strips & potato wedges, to chicken wings, chicken wraps, country cooking with baked meats, meatloaf, hamburger steak, Spaghetti and vegetables to the unusual potato bombs, jalepeno poppers, club sandwiches, salads, pizzas, eggs rolls, etc. The customer service is awesome! If they dont have it on the menu or precooked, theyre willing to cook what you want and/or try to order special requests. They have exceptional breakfasts, lunch and dinner items all hours they are open. We love Rocky, Prince, Laura and Tracy. They make a great team. They now have new fuel pumps with the Valero+ pay savings app as well. Our community is so blessed to have them. Thank you Gibson Mini Mart!
