1 /5 Robert Perry: This place kept charging me after I quit going to the gym after a month. I had my card canceled and received a collections notice for $291 I suppose for the 4 or 5 months of never visiting the gym. So instead of politely just canceling my membership for non payment, I guess they figured it would be better to just keep charging me. Then the manager told me I’d have to pay the open balance just to CANCEL. So I owe $291 for a gym I used for a month. Great job ownership.

5 /5 Theresa jones: Been happy ever since signing on with 24/7. Awesome place run great. Has all tge equipment I need to get in shape. Bonus of red light therapy available. Just love and appreciate the hydro massage for my bad back after workout. Conveniently located near our house always a plus. Looking forward to medical red light therapy soon. Staff are great ready and willing to help or answer questions with a smile. Price is perfect..... please dont change. Thank you all at 24/7 for being there for all of us.

1 /5 Alicia Collier: The cancellation process has been absolutely atrocious, I tried to cancel my membership multiple times on the app back in mid-late April because I couldnt get ahold of anyone at the branch all the times I called, I finally got it resolved in May after $100 between the 2 months had been paid and I couldnt get back even though I was doing everything in my power to cancel my membership. I finally got ahold of someone at the end of May and got my account and the other party on my account canceled to showing $0 balance due (email proof) and they STILL tried to pull out my payment this AM. Mind you I havent used the gym since early-mid April. Hopefully this will be resolved but not hopeful.

1 /5 Todd Keller: Workout Anytime in Blairsville is a joke, it takes an act of congress, 3 pints of blood, and your first child’s kidney to cancel a membership. It is a complete scam and disgrace to our intelligence. I work in Atlanta from 6:30am and get back to Blairsville at 10pm every night, I am not able to get to the club during hours where someone is available to cancel. I have emailed, called, and even left cancellation notice on keyboard after hours (check cameras and key access to verify.) I have used the club may 3 times in last year and a half and that was all at time of signing up. I have asked for return calls from owners with no care in the world and as of today I have emailed CEO Jerry Pugh in hopes that he cares about his club member enough to return email or call to fix this problem. I have managed business where I was able to successfully retire 30 years from to where customer service was top priority and doing what’s right for the customer even if it meant bending the rules. I am a Business owner myself that will always answer the phone and always make sure my employees have the authority to do what’s is right for the customers. I hope to see September, October, and November of 2025 refunds added back to my account and in all honesty back to April 2025 when I first asked to have this handled.
