Jennifer Gault After almost 40 yrs of marriage my husband and I decided to purchase a new wedding band set for my diamond. Taras jeweler agreed it was worn out. Sunny helped us create a more personal wedding set with the addition of extra wedding bands with birthstones of our children. Sunny was amazing! I actually walked out within a couple hours with my new wedding set, my diamond set in it, and the 3 additional bands. What service!!! We love it! Mike and I had a great experience. Tristine Nguyen Samantha was amazing helping us narrowed down our choices. We casually walked in to see whats available. I was able to tried on a few bands, then went home to take a closer look at different band designs. We set up an appointment later to look at specific choices I picked online. I told her I was overwhelmed beforehand, and she made our appointment fun and easy. She presented us 3 bands and then 3 diamond choices. Worked with us to explain the 4Cs. I could not find what I wanted within our budget online, but she did her magic and not only got the higher end of the 4Cs, but able to stayed within our budget. Im so excited to see the end results.

Sasha Gibson My friend and I took our daughters here to get their noses pierced. They were nervous, of course, but Jane - the one who did the piercings - was awesome! She explained everything to us moms and to the girls and helped ease their nerves. She was thorough but fast and was just upbeat the whole time. Dustin the manager was very friendly and came to make sure we were being taken care of and to see if we had any questions. Side note - he’s a pretty funny guy! In the past we have gone to the dawsonville location for my daughters multiple ear piercings, but I think we will go to this location moving forward. Instead, he pulled up prices from a commercial website that seemed to be a wholesale site for businesses, not what a regular consumer would pay on Best Buys public website. I knew then that arguing would be futile; Ive encountered that kind of animosity before, and it never leads anywhere productive.
