Reeves Coggin This place just opened and you can already tell it’s going to be a favorite. The studio looks amazing — super clean, bright, and calming. The instructors really know their stuff and make everyone feel comfortable, whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced. You can tell there’s a lot of passion behind it. Excited to see this place grow!

Jenna Renz I absolutely love this gym! The trainers are seriously the kindest people — they’re always encouraging, super knowledgeable, and make you feel completely supported no matter your fitness level. The space itself is amazing too: clean, top level equipment, and the people are so welcoming. They helped me stay strong and healthy throughout my pregnancy too. They were so thoughtful about modifying workouts and making sure I felt safe and confident every step of the way. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about you and your health, this is it!

Lesley Tanner Ive been a member for only 3 months now and its been a very good experience for me. The gym is clean with a very relaxed atmosphere. Ive never had to wait on any equipment to use but I go there at late night so it not ever crowded. The staff are great and helpful . I plan to be a member for as long as I can. I jiggly recommend this gym.

Dr Hunt This gym is one of the best gyms I have ever belonged to. It is family friendly, very clean and not crowded. There is a variety of equipment available, from weights to cardio equipment and machines. The staff is very friendly and maintains the equipment and facility. All members are courteous of each other. The monthly fee is very reasonable for everything you have access to in the facility. As a member you have access to the facility 24/7, which is helpful. Come check this gym out! You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend it!

KEED2X Alicia (hope I’m spelling it right haha) is literally the kindest person ever ! She went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience today, she definitely didn’t have to. I hope the CEO or general manager sees this and gives her a raise or some type of recognition.
