2 /5 Lisa Holloway: I went to this establishment to sell some jewelry and was basically told my jewelry wasnt worth much, which is fine. The problem I had was with the service rendered and the deception. They were dry, disinterested, and I was informed by the "jeweler" that one of rings had a chipped diamond. He even made a sarcastic statement implying it had been through a lot (wearing and/or banging). Mind you, I rarely wear the ring. Any way, I took it to another more upscaled jeweler yesterday and was privileged to see the stone on camera. The stone was not chipped anywhere. I guess the workers at this place of business are particular about who they choose to treat with courtesy. I went there because of the good reviews but ended up regretting it.
