She was able to resolve tickets for my son. She was also very professional and kind which is a rarity in today’s society! It worked out in our favor so I would definitely recommend her.

5 /5 Shavonne Burns: I reached out to Chiri Rutledge’s law firm after a previous attorney I hired resulted in me getting my license suspended. My license was never suppose to be suspended. Frustrated with this outcome, I reached out to the previous attorney I had but she went ghost and wouldn’t return my calls. When I called Ms.Rutledge and signed her paperwork she immediately filed a motion for me. I had to wait 4 months to get a hearing but Ms.Rutledge kept me updated and even thought of creative ways where I could possible seek a limited driver’s permit to help with the cost of Ubers and the inconvenience of not having a driver’s license. On the day of my court hearing Ms.Rutledge promptly showed to court and she was fully prepared to make her remarks to the judge to reinstate my license. The judge agreed with Ms.Rutledge, and I got my drivers license back after having it suspended for over 6 months because of the mistake of a previous lawyer. I am forever grateful to have a lawyer who truly represented my case with facts, evidence, and justice.

5 /5 Malachi: Ms. Rutledge was amazing. Everytime I called she answered, and she stayed on me everyday to make sure she can help. She guided me through the process and made it easy as possible and stress free. She handled the court for me I didn’t have to talk to anybody. I’ve never had a good experience when it came to police, but she made sure they didn’t try to get over on me being a young black male. Highly recommend! I will be using her continuously after this, she definitely earned my life long business.

1 /5 david law: Attorney is not very professional. I retained her for my driver’s license reinstatement and she was not very attentive to my case. When I called her she did not have any information leading to my case, she was never prepared and unresponsive. I retained her with full payment that she was asking for. I did the calling to the courts and the department of driving services to see where my drivers license stood. When I reached out to the DDS, the representative told me that my license were valid. I let her know my drivers license were valid and I did not need her services anymore, and what are the steps to getting my retainers fee returned. I have sent correspondence emails along with phone calls and she has yet to return any of my emails or calls. This is a case of strong arm robbery. You can’t even trust an attorney to handle your legal matters, without being blindsided by the legal defense you have retained. These days and times are hard enough for the individual and you have people that will take full advantage at every opportunity. All can do is pray for her that she will be honest and be professional when it comes to future clients.

1 /5 Montravius Lane: This attorney misled me into giving personal information, promised to represent me, and then did nothing but lie and say she would send retainer agreement and reach out to insurance company. She failed to act, communicate, or handle my case professionally, putting me at risk before my court date. I would not hire her.Submitted complaints too
