1 /5 Jess: Broke again on September 16th 2024. Paid to have fixed (again) August 26th. Dropped off end of June. I called at one point at the end of July to find out what was going on and the sweet lady told me "hes looking for some of the stones to match so he can replace those that fell out of it".... After a month of continuing to wait- called again mid-August and was told itd be ready at 10am the next day, went at 12:45 and "it isnt ready still ... Give me 15 more minutes-its in the cleaner"... 15 minutes it still wasnt ready... The bigger guy thats always outside smoking had it in the back doing something with it still-not in the cleaner. When received finally it still had two tiny cracks and was disgusting looking because it was not buffed after the cleaner (whatever, buffed it myself... Thats fine), but I gave the benefit of the doubt because I dont know anything about repairing jewelry- "maybe thats just how its suppose to look?" Stupid me.
Im really upset since we have spent so much money at this jewelry store, purchased necklaces, bracelets, rings and not to mention all the repairs that weve paid for as well .
I will like to say that the second repair was done for free because they said it shouldnt have broken again after the repair.... Paid for the 1st, 3rd and 4th though. (Each time its two rings being repaired on.)
