Scott Basham ​My experience with The Rock Fitness was unfortunately cut short due to a frustrating key fob issue. I paid $15 for a new one, and it failed within a week. To my surprise, the manager expected me to pay for yet another replacement. This felt incredibly petty and led me to cancel my membership, despite the friendly staff. Another ongoing issue is the broken fan under the cardio deck, which hasnt worked in over a year. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future members.
