With each incident, my agent Wes was on top of it. He responded immediately to my email notifying him of the incident. In one claim, the other driver was uninsured but I didnt have to deal with that; they took care of all the legal matters. All I had to do was provide the police report and Wes and Meg did the rest. They scheduled the appt with the insurance adjuster and sent me a check to pay the body shop. They also covered the rental car cost for the week while my car was in the body shop getting repaired. Could I find a lower price with an online auto insurance company? Probably. But I like the peace of mind having someone local, that is actually in Statesboro, to take care of my claims efficiently.
