When I called to ask why and to see if there was anything I could do to keep my insurance, Altons answer was, "theyve changed the rules and you have only been with us for 2 years. For me to appeal their answer, you would have to be with us for 3 years." Really?! One claim and the insurance payment was automatically pulled from my account each month and you no longer want my business?! Thats horrible.
