I had only ever used machines before, but I knew that incorporating free weights would help me reach my fitness and wellness goals. I decided to invest in personal training, and working with Matteo has been amazing. He’s teaching me how to use the free weights correctly and safely, and his encouragement has made a big difference.
I’m already enjoying my new routine, and finding the right gym has helped me feel more settled and comfortable with my move overall. Highly recommend!
