Progressive Insurance - Claims Office
Kathy Rawlerson I switched to Progressive in April a few days later someone tried to steal my car in vandalize a few days later April the 18th being exact I file a claim with progressive with the young man named John then Crystal Hernandez called me and took over my claim from that day She was in and out of the office I sent in paperwork, gave them my friends and family name and number for the INVESTIGATION and I had to be the work that Monday so I went out and got a rental thinking that progressive would reimburse me and take over the rental agreement. Progress gave me so much hassle with my claim they called everyone their verified all my information and still no communication I had to go into the Savannah office feeling so violated and so upset that the Manager there helped me get a rental two weeks after my car was vandalized on May 5. I was calling on my lunch break after hours and still no communication I asked for a management Miss Miriam Johnson. She never called me. I sent text message through the portal. Talk to so many different coworkers there at progressive they send emails. Text team is each other And still no communication. On May 9th I finally had a adjuster. Robert came out to my house to look at my vehicle. He did his assessment and sent to Christel but once again, Crystal said that she was to be out of the office again May 16 Christel finally gave me a call and said that she was sending my car to I AA auction house in Virginia. I quickly corrected her and told her that I am in Savannah Georgia. She giggled and said she’s sorry then the next day or a few days later, a tow truck came while I was at work and took my car.on the 19th I called IAA a day or two later they said they had my thinking it was a total loss and realize it wasn’t and quickly they call progressive and they sent my car to Hollingsworth collision and the management got my ca and was explained the damage Christel Hernandez should be fired the worst claim representative till this day, June 5, my car is still in a shop. I asked for extension on my rental and they refuse so I have to pay out-of-pocket for a rental and there’s no telling when I can get my car fixed.! so upset with the customer service in the Ohio company I wouldn’t advise anyone to get progressive and I’m gonna make it known to everyone.
