1 /5 Mia Brown: Initially, Ms. Young was responsive and attentive to task and request because her work ethic was commission based and contingent upon my closing of my first home. However, a year later, contacting her for renewal documentation seemed impossible without 3-4 Calls. My mortgage company never received the renewal documentation in which is a time sensitive process. This renewal is and was the responsibility of Ms. Young, who ultimately neglected to complete this task. Her lackluster work ethic has resulted into a financial burden on my part in which I had zero control over. Her aggressive statements of “this is not my main job” and “I’m too busy”, all are contributing factors of me being financially penalized as an innocent bystander.
