I called to get a quote for insurance for our cars, I gave my information, the lady came back with the quote, which was a little more than what were actually paying now, however, Im not satisfied with our current insurance company, so I wouldnt had an issue to swap... Never was I asked if i was interested in changing companies, she asked was the quote more than what youre paying now, I said yes maam, she then said oh well, have a great day, I then was utterly shocked, I said, well I guess Im not changing insurance companies today, she then said NOPE and HUNG UP ON ME!!! very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Paula Williams Disappointed with the outcome of my claim. Being told my deductible was $2316.00 left nothing to do repairs I needed done. Had to come out of pocket to do repairs. Was given an amount for certain items, was never asked for my receipts during time power was out, I traveled to be able to be safe, be able to eat, gas....and never turned in those receipts. Was not explained how this worked, just that, this was my deductible amount. Items destroyed in Hurricane Helene were covered but not my roof and siding. Very disappointing and discouraged

Jean Have been a customer for over 40 yrs. Have always been satisfied having them insure my cars,and home. Paid the rising payments over the years . But now dont seem to care about their customers anymore. I was told by Mr. Brantley himself just keep up with my recites and spending after the Hurricane that they would make things right ! That was apparently a lie cause When I went to turn in these recites then the story changed ! Have had two different appts.supposely to look at my damage (Adjusters) whom both never called to cancel just didnt show up !! This tells me they have no intention of helping me out . Been told my deductible would cover it but that is so wrong !! No Deductible should be even entered in a case of Act of God .! You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Were a elderly couple and this has been a nightmare my husband is disabled and all the hoops Ive had to do then be treated this way is just Wrong. Changes are a coming. 12/1 Edit review. I am so happy for State Farm insurance reaching out to me after my angry review. Im sorry for maybe not giving them enough time to get to me. So many people hurting after the Hurricane and we were too. State Farm went beyond my expectations and restored my trust in them and will be a customer for life. They were so understanding and helpful I will never forget their Kindness. Thank You so much.

Mattie Dowdy Had affordable insurance cancelled after six days initially I paid $363 dollars waited for refund that took a month and a half almost after being told it would take 10-15business days when I get it, its only$249, now they telling me it was a hundred and some dollars for six days of insurance I aint seeing.went to the office they still havent explained to my satisfaction.

Michelle Jordan So, I’m conflicted with my feelings on this insurance. At first, I thought they were great. The gentleman I spoke with in the beginning was extremely friendly, professional and super helpful. I had explained how my daughter was having stomach pains, my 4 ER visits were a waste of time and truly unhelpful and I needed to assign her a pediatrician so I could try and get her in for an emergency appointment as she was getting worse by the second. He assured me everything was set, she was good to see the doctor and anything she needed was covered. Well, fast forward a month and all the medical bills start piling in. My daughter surgery, the 4 ER visits, the pediatricians visit, all the radiology and labs that were done, the ambulance ride that transported her from one hospital to the next, I had 2 ER visits with testing as well one of my sons having 3-4 visits. Once I notified not ONE thing was covered, I called the insurance to clarify everything and get these medical bills paid the money they are owed. The customer service rep asked me if we had another insurance which I explained not in a few months and it was from NY. I was told it would be sent to their investigations team, and I will hear from them once things are cleared up. Fast forward another month and a half and I explain again the situation to another customer service representative. She says she sees the last call in their system, explains they have been having a lot of issues with people showing up as being enrolled with an insurance plan they’ve never heard of. That she was going to expedite this request to the appropriate team and that unfortunately it could take another 30 days to hear anything. And than overly apologizes for the delay as she doesn’t know why their not working on things that they have a deadline for. So now if something happens (god forbid) I’m going to have an issue because now ALL of these medical bills are already in collections, I’m getting an overload of phone calls from debt collectors. And yesterday, after adding it all up. I’m $60k in debt just in medical bills which is now affecting my credit. Truly frustrating

John Smith I had Allstate insurance for 6 years. I started delivering for Spark. Upon looking at my insurance coverage, I wasn’t covered if I got into an accident while delivering. I looked around and Drew from State Farm, called. I told him, I needed insurance coverage for when I was working. It didn’t take Drew long, to come up with a price for the insurance I needed. The biggest surprise was the monthly premiums were cheaper. I saved around $75.00 a month; and I have better coverage. Thank you Drew! I don’t like calling and asking questions. I guess it is my accent or something. It is easier to send texts and emails. If I had any questions, I sent an email and Drew responds very quickly. Thank you Drew for your help and friendly service.

On several occasions Ive dealt with the staff at Mr.Creswell establishment and they are always on point in every aspect. And to add to that Mr. Creswell is outstanding as well. And I say that because theres been years where I didnt receive acknowledgement of my birthday from so called friends or family members , yet I received a birthday card from my insurance agent. Christ Douse is a very intelligent, responsible, respectful,outstanding, state Farm agent.it dosent matter if youre at his office or you call him at his office, hes always there to access you in any paperwork you need help in. Hes very smart and know when you really dont understand, thats when he shift into 3rd gear and brake everything down to you get it or understand. Mohammed Adel Gomaa I had one of the worst experiences ever working with this rep. I have been insured with them for 3 and a half years. Suddenly, I log on to my state farm account I found that my policies dont exist anymore. I tried to reach the agent he keeps dodging my calls and refuses to meet me. The secretary does not know why my policy was cancelled although I am on autopay for the last 3 and a half years and never missed a single payment. This office was good when they had an agent named Ed working for them. Since he left, the office has been run to the ground, and the customers are being treated like dirt.

Ivaylo Benov Simply outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the GEICO office in Augusta. EDIT: Here are the details- we completed an Army PCS move to Augusta/Eisenhower. I was unable to change our car insurance from CO to GA on the GEICO website, so I called their corporate Military Service Center. The customer service was terrible and the lady I spoke to neither knew what to do, nor tried to figure it out. She ended up telling us that she cant change the insurance to GA unless we obtain GA drivers licenses and GA license plates.... This didnt sound correct, so I eventually called GEICO local office in Augusta. The representative was great to work with. He researched the topics he didnt know off top of his head and was able to change our vehicle insurance to GA without us having to change our CO licenses and vehicle registrations (we will do so when they are about to expire). On top of this he was able to lower our premiums. We couldnt be more satisfied. Also, my wife spoke to another agent from the same local office. She was also great, making it easy for my wife to bundle our homeowners insurance with our car insurance and save even more. Overall, both my wife and I highly recommend both GEICO and the GEICO local Augusta office.

Emily Baldwin I dont have any personal experience with this agency. I do support our First Amendment Rights and while I do appreciate the auditors that spend their time educating and making sure our Rights are upheld I believe it can be done in a respectful way. I watched the YT video pertaining to this particular business/public sidewalk being filmed by an auditor (he is very good at what he does and I appreciate the videos he shares on his YT channel.) However, this particular encounter with the lady kind of gave me the creeps. It was the fact that he was just standing there with his camera filming her through the window and it was like he was a "peeping Tom." It would probably freak me out a little bit if I were in her shoes especially, if I was the only one in the office (there was possibly 1 more.) There were no blinds she could put down. There was nothing she could do to escape the feeling of being uncomfortable. She has a history and unless you know her you dont know what shes been through in life. Has she ever been stalked before or in a bad relationship? All I know is with that particular audit it came across a little creepy and like he was a "peeping Tom." I think he could have walked back in forth on the sidewalk stopping briefly every once in awhile or to sit on the bench. The LE officer clearly was in the wrong and Im glad he learned his lesson...I at least hoped he learned his lesson. The sidewalk is def. public property and thats not difficult to understand. I hope the lady understands that to and I think she knew but, just wanted him to leave the area. You should not judge this business, lady, or auditor based on this one encounter. I do however, am concerned how the LE officer doesnt know the law and that is why I appreciate auditors like this one. I put three stars to simply be neutral.

Using the classic trick of crying crocodile tears to get the police to arrest a man standing on the sidewalk filming, she then does the same thing! Not so good advertising and since the post is on Insta, the company is losing customers now!
