Anne Rheins I can’t say enough about State Farm, CJ Bray, and his staff. We have used State Farm since 1987 and they continue to provide exceptional customer service. That kind of service is hard to find these days. No worries about getting lost in a telephone loop when you call. Prompt PERSONAL service is ALWAYS available. I am so thankful that that kind of service was consistent even through all the city wide hurricane property destruction. They helped me navigate the claim process through that disaster. Once a year they encourage an in-person, sit-down meeting to review coverage. I am always impressed that this is not a time when they’re trying to sell me more insurance. They are making sure our coverage is sufficient and that we’re adjusting for current needs. For example, when our kids became adults and moved out, they suggested we decrease our umbrella policy! The staff is not sales people…they are on our side, wanting the best coverage for us at the best possible price. Thank you CJ, Jeff and Kristin!
