Marcey Marie I wouldnt recommend him what so ever. Too bad there isnt an option to give zero stars because he doesnt deserve the one hes getting. My husband was given him as a public defender unfortunately and could never get a hold of him. At one point we had called him over 35 times never would get a return call and left countless messages and emails. We had to physically go to his office to set up an appointment since he is incapable of returning calls or emails. He is very difficult to get a hold of no matter what. When he finally got an appointment he would interrupt and rush through it. Hes unorganized, doesnt listen, lazy and not the friendliest man. He has a very uncaring attitude and is a total joke of an attorney. Dont waste your money, time or aggravation. Hes not worth it at all and theres plenty of other attorneys out there. Plus the 2 phone numbers on his website are disconnected. He needs to update his information.

Brandon Kalbfleisch I spoke with him about my case briefly and he was extremely arrogant and rude. All he cares for is money not to actually help. I said I couldnt afford an attorney which is why I have a public attorney who said I should get a lawyer and that I truly am innocent and he laughed and said "then why are we speaking you cannot afford me. Go to someone else who is within your budget." Worst person to trust with your life especially if you cannot fill his pockets.

Jay Panker Wrote a will, would not give any guidance after my father in law passed, after asking for a whopping 7500 down to start probate, we had to think about it, she quit and mailed us the will and death certificate. We hired another lawyer for 2500, he told us more in 5 minutes than Howell law told us in 2 months, Howell law is a complete disgrace, way overpriced, no information, no guidance, horrible, horrible
