Dan Slaven I made an appointment a week before and I showed up early to find out that the person that I had the appointment with wasnt there.Then I was told that they were on there way to the shop and would be there in 5 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and left. Terrible customer service

I love it there because the Owners- Gabby and Adriana go out of their way to always accommodate my schedule. I am in and out with cut and color within 1 hour!!!
