Page Larson I had a great first experience at Phoenix Salon. Melissa was my stylist and she did a wonderful job with my hair. In fact, I am returning to her in several weeks for some color. The salon was recommended to me, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for professional stylists. Thank you!

Sandra Lee Hubbard I went October 4, 2024 to get a pedicure. I told them I wanted the $30 pedicure which included Rock Salt in my foot soak and I told her that I wanted a French pedicure! Nothing was said by me or the technician about gel. When I went to check out she told me it was $45! I asked why she said for the gel. I told her I didnt want the gel that I just wanted the $30 pedicure! Well this was a fiasco for them! Whatwould make her think I wanted gel when I stated I wanted the $30 pedicure? My friend that I went with made the appointment the same day we went supposedly with the technician she always used. When we got there they told her that she was no longer there. Hmmm. Entrapment the whole thing! The appointment and the gel incident we wont be back! I would not pay the $15 but my friend did. I believe they should refund the money to her!
