1 /5 Stephanie Cates: Went there yesterday with my roommate and we will NOT be returning. Her tech wouldnt listen to her and when her grandson wanted to get his painted they made fun of him and then he decided not to. My tech was to quick with mine, rough and cut my finger from the grinder. My roommates nails are not even and one is coming off not even after 24 hours.

3 /5 Sandra Lee Hubbard: I went October 4, 2024 to get a pedicure. I told them I wanted the $30 pedicure which included Rock Salt in my foot soak and I told her that I wanted a French pedicure! Nothing was said by me or the technician about gel. When I went to check out she told me it was $45! I asked why she said for the gel. I told her I didnt want the gel that I just wanted the $30 pedicure! Well this was a fiasco for them! Whatwould make her think I wanted gel when I stated I wanted the $30 pedicure? My friend that I went with made the appointment the same day we went supposedly with the technician she always used. When we got there they told her that she was no longer there. Hmmm. Entrapment the whole thing! The appointment and the gel incident we wont be back! I would not pay the $15 but my friend did. I believe they should refund the money to her!

I go there all the time get the same service now today they were really rude and I feel like it was a race thing I never had a problem with them seriously I been goin there for over 3 years this really is so heartbreaking to me cause there the closest nail salon to me now I gotta stop goin there

1 /5 Kathleen Holt: First time a few months ago I had Lola who was kind and caring. Today not only did I have an obnoxious Asian lady, but two who were both loud and in my face continuously as well as a person my age (74) who had the loudest voice I have ever heard

1 /5 beckywithbraids: *CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT when you leave! I had a pedicure done. during checkout, I was asked if I wanted to add tip on the card. I said no I had it in cash. after reviewing my account I noticed $5 was added to the charge. Was the tip not enough or what? I was Pist!! I called my bank to report it. no sure if it was random but I felt like I was exploited! I avoid doing low graded review but this is simply bad business!!!
