5 /5 Carey Armstrong: Waves Salon & Spa - St. Augustine, FL I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Waves Salon & Spa twice, and both experiences have been nothing short of exceptional. My first visit was about a year ago when my daughter’s hairstylist canceled at the last minute before an important dance event. Waves was able to fit us in on the same day, working within my budget and truly saving the day. So, when my parents asked for Christmas gift ideas, I immediately thought of Waves Salon. I had been wanting to return to my natural blonde hair, and I knew exactly where to go. Jake, my stylist, was fantastic! It was my first time having a male stylist, and I was extremely pleased with the results. I will definitely be returning to him for future touch-ups. What truly stands out about Waves is their commitment to client satisfaction. They prioritize compassion and work within your budget, rather than focusing solely on profit. I had booked my daughter, an updo appointment for her spring formal. The night before the formal the Hairstylist from a different salon canceled. Forcing me to have to find a new Hairstylist the morning of the formal on a Sunday. Dan, was able to find me a stylist who did a phenomenal job! Stephanie was nice and accommodating. My daughter said she felt like a princess after her hair was done. I will definitely be going back in the future when they get into their new building. What I liked best was they worked with my budget.

The flexible scheduling meant I was able to coordinate my time without much notice, receive amazing communication and take advantage of fantastic recommendations for a Sunday appointment. 5 /5 Meagan DeVaux: The girls were amazing! Bianca and Madison helped us make decisions on what we should have done to our hair for my wedding. They were helpful, kind and patient with myself and my daughters. Our hair turned out beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

I had always wanted to have straight hair and today he fulfilled that dream by giving me a Brazilian blowout. I really enjoyed visiting with both Jacob, and Dan who made my experience a lot of fun. I plan to visit Waves whenever I’m in town and can’t wait to take advantage of some of their other services.

5 /5 Lightning McQueen: On one of the most important days of my life Dan pulled everything together for me. The morning of my wedding, the person I was scheduled for hair and makeup called out and so my appointment was canceled. I scrambled to try and find last minute hair and makeup services and every call I made was a dead end. Luckily, I stumbled across Waves on Google. He called in two lovely ladies, Maddy for hair and Amanda for makeup. Both did an amazing job. They saved my whole day, I couldnt be more thankful. I got married that afternoon and thanks to Dan and his incredible staff I was ready for it. Love this place ♡
