5 /5 Steven iliff: Doctor Wagstaff is not just a Doctor, and he is knowledgeable doctor, he is a Gentleman. And, I mean that as to the literal meaning of the word. Dr. Wagstaff does not have any electronic devices as he pulls up a chair and talks to you, and more importantly, he asks questions and listens. Friendly, gentle and soft spoken, his bedside manner lends itself to healing already, because one feels as though he actually cares. And, that. does. matter. Went in today with some concerns, and left with less concerns. That’s all we can ask for sometimes. But, he did let me rage on about these GI issues he knows I’ve been dealing with for over 2 years. He knows I’m a Veteran here in Key West with little resources, and does his best to help me, even if that means simply listening and advising. Doctor Wagstaff has been my Primary Care for years now. He once sent me to the ER with just a swollen calf. It was a blood clot. He is a good doctor, and a good human too. Glad he’s here.

4 /5 Dads Home Movies: Dr Wagstaff is amazing!! So caring! His nurse is caring. The office is poorly managed though... and the desk reception woman has no bedside manner at all. It’s worth the frustration and challenge you may encounter with the front desk in order to get through to see Dr Wagstaff. He is awesome at his job!!

5 /5 david arnold: Doctor Wagstaff was very thorough in diagnosing my condition asking questions and inspecting the swollen hand. He again was very thoughtful in selecting the best antibiotic to best treat my particular infection. I highly recommend Key West Urgent Care.

5 /5 Christine Weiss: Come here to key west urgent care after walking into the advanced urgent care on the main road, listened for a rude receptionist tell me it was over a hour wait and everyone else is closed. Called Keywest urgent care and the person answering the phone was kind and said come right over, we can take you right away. (Only one day open until 6) After filling out paperwork, Dr Langley came in and talked with me in great detail. Sent my prescriptions into CVS and I was on my way. My co-pay was what I pay for an office visit. Very friendly and polite staff. Also helped us with places to eat (since we are on vacation). All around an awesome experience. Thank you Key west urgent care!
