VIP NAILS & SPA - Naples (FL)

2 /5 Cynthia Duran Núñez: Today I went to get my manicure and pedicure. I liked the pedicure, they just didnt remove my cuticle or file my feet. The problem was in my manicure. I wanted some short square nails with French. But she slimed my nails and made them for like coffin style. I told her that I wanted them square and she told me that it was my fault for not telling her but she never asked me the way I wanted my nails she asked me when I had already filed them. I went for a refiel but she removed all the acrylic I had on my nails and made a full set. I also asked for my shorter nails and he never cut them. She just said "relax they will be beautiful" and yes they look pretty but its not what I wanted. First picture is what I get (they look good but it is not square, too long, thick French…) Second picture is what I want

1 /5 Claudia Rivera: I went to get my manicure and pedicure. In my pedicure they didnt file my nails, they didnt exfoliate me, they didnt cut my cuticles... they just cut my nails and painted them. At the manicure I asked for some almond French nails. And at the moment of sticking the tip she cut them a lot and I told her to remove them and start them again. But she began to be very rude and disrespectful. She didnt want to do it and said she was just going to take them off and not get my nails done. When she remove them, she doesn’t remove the rest of the glue from the tip on my nails.
