The person who did my pedicure was inattentive, and she actually hurt me while filing my toes. To make matters worse, she took a personal call and was watching Netflix on her phone throughout the process, which felt very unprofessional. I also found it frustrating that they charged an extra fee just to have my heels scrubbed and dead skin removed – something that should have been included in a standard pedicure. On a positive note, they did offer me some wine, which was a nice touch and felt sophisticated. However, the wine wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service. I ended up paying $76, which felt far overpriced, especially since in Golden Gate City, I typically pay $50 for gel and full-service pedicures. I walked out feeling unhappy, and I won’t be returning.
