1 /5 Kayla Nicole: I got a Lash Extension Removal service, I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews anywhere but I came in here and asked for a lash removal because I had a set of 3 to 4 weeks, they continuously put the glue removal oil on my eyes and the two ladies would feel them out with their fingers and even pull on my eyelashes to remove them, usually they use a paste and two eyelash pick tools but not this time. This time it hurt more than ever before, it’s normal for it to burn because of the removal but this time it was just unacceptable and my lash line is irritated in some spots where they were plucked out instead of properly removed. After continuously asking if they will be able to get them off they said yes and yes, I would have preferred if they said no so I could go elsewhere. Lastly, in the end when we were “done” I had 3 lashes left , two on the right and one on left, I had to remove them myself because she said they were not coming off. Very unprofessional and poor service
I’m never coming back here again, I used to get my toes done here and decent service but not worth it at all.
