5 /5 maryroselol: I have been coming off and on for many years. I can usually book no problem at anytime. Today Tanya helped me get my nails ready for my wedding and they look and feel fantastic! She really took her time to make each nail perfect. Definitely recommend!

1 /5 Maggie Smith: This is the second time I’ve left upset over how much I paid and what I received. I left a review about 7 weeks ago on the other location’s page by accident but the run down of that was I didn’t get anything close to what I showed them for inspiration. They asked me to come back in and had someone else re-do my nails at no cost and they were great so I left happy and decided that whenever I need my next fill I’m only going to go to her. I got a pedicure today and that was fine but for a total of 149 dollars (tip included) I’m so upset. I’ve taken several photos thinking maybe it was just bad lighting, but these nails just suck. The shape and length are great but seriously, if you can’t do the design that’s being asked of you just say that so this whole mess could be avoided. I don’t think what I was asking for was outrageous either. I gave heavenly another chance but this is the last time I’ll give them any of my hard earned money or my time. I drove Lyft all last night so I could have some extra money to be able to get my nails done and this is beyond frustrating. Below is what I asked for vs what I got. 2 hours of my Saturday wasted. I don’t recommend them unless you’re doing an absolutely basic color.

5 /5 Hope Sullivan: Hahn is the BEST! May gel manicures have never lasted so long with other techs and she truly does an amazing job. The salon also has the best color selection, so many options!

2 /5 Tatyana G: So disappointed. Went in for a dip manicure and signature pedicure. The tech Nanna didn’t even try! I didn’t have polish on my hands and she went straight into applying the dip after buffing my nails. I stopped her and reminded her I wanted the full manicure: nails filed, cuticles pushed back and or cut as needed, but she kept telling me she’ll do it later. Well that never happened. After just a couple days, the polish is coming up on the corners on the nail beds. The pedicure was just as mediocre. She rushed through it without paying attention to detail. She didn’t clean up the cuticles or try to make the French nails look even. I’m so upset and feel taken advantage of.

5 /5 Lauren Anzalone: omg i finally found my perfect salon here in tampa! i randomly tried this place out because my roomie recommended it, i walked in and had Layla. oh my god she got me so right my nails are literally perfect. this full fresh set and gorrrrrggeousss design was only $75- im literally obsessed!!!
