5 /5 Sarah Robinson Beard: Ive had lovely patient care from Inverness Family Care. Ive had visits with both my PCP, Dr. Connor, and her medical assistants. During my in-person visits, I always feel heard. The front office team, including Brittney, is warm and friendly with me whenever I call or am on-site. Whenever I have had prescription requests, outside orders, or referrals, Christina sometimes calls me the same day or the next business day. Ive had excellent communication with all the staff Ive encountered, including the billing team, with a question or two. With such a busy practice, I appreciate the time and care I have received from everyone there. Thank you!

1 /5 Julia Spencer: I met this place that says Dr. Tara Conner is your Dr. but I never met her! My aunt only saw her staff! The level of care was very appalling to say the least! I waited 6+ weeks for referrals that never came! THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! Never called back. My aunts insurance was charged for treatment she never got!! I wouldn’t take any living thing to this place!! If I could give NO STARS I’d gladly do that..So very unprofessional place of business!

4 /5 Karen Stein: I have been going to Dr. Tara Connor for about three years now. She is an exceptional doctor with fantastic bedside manner. She also is very compassionate. I would’ve given the office a five star review. However, it’s the office staff and her PAs that are the issue. No one ever answers the phone at the doctors office and most times you don’t need to call back. I am not sure if they are overworked understaffed or a combination of both. This review might’ve been a three star rating, if not for the relatively new nurse Chris that I have had my last two visits. Chris is also compassionate, caring, and takes time at each visit. This is something that I never had in the past from any nurse or PA, Dr. Connor always took the time and I never felt rushed. If only they could fix their office staff maybe more help a little more friendly they would’ve got a five star review.

5 /5 Sonny Sun: My husband and I had Dr Connor from 2000 to 2015 when our jobs transferred us out of state and she was a great Dr. that attended to all our medical needs and made appropriate referrals to specialists. That staff were always attentive to our concerns and forward messages. We had a good experience at this office and would highly recommend Dr. Connor. Maria T.

5 /5 Klaatu 01: I met Dr Connor after relocating to Inverness. I had the same family care doctor for 30 years in Oregon. I was very happy with my first visit with her NP and very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Connor. She had reviewed my med records I provided, was very informed and we got along well. Im very glad I found her and that she took me as a patient.
