She made me feel comfortable right away, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything in a clear, thoughtful way. I truly felt heard and respected. I’m already looking forward to continuing my care with her and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking someone as compassionate and knowledgeable as Ronnie. The staff here is also wonderful and professional.

5 /5 amanda barnes: I had a great OB/GYN previously, I had to switch to HCA because my OB stopped delivering babies and I became pregnant. I was nervous about the switch because I had been with my other GYN for about 10 years. I made a good choice switching. This office has always been phenomenal from start to finish with my pregnancy and now with just my annual visits. I see Melanie Dryden for my annual GYN visit and I saw Christy Sims for my in office OB while pregnant. I super wished Christy delivered but it was whomever is on call the day you go in. I had Dr Auquiste deliver, I had never met him but he was phenomenal as well and performed the unplanned C-Section I had to have. I would recommend this office and the couple people I mentioned a million times over, they make you feel super comfortable in your visits and as a woman I feel like that’s so important. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 /5 GENEVIEVE HURTADO: I called on July 30 to schedule an annual exam. I was a patient previously, but due to time lapse since my last appointment they said I would be considered a "new patient" which is fine. They scheduled my appointment for 10/23. My husband was laid off from his job in July and our medical coverage ends on 10/31. I explained that to them and called again on September 3 to see if I could try to get in sooner if there were any cancellations. I was told that since the appointment was only for an annual exam and nothing "urgent" I would have to wait. Yesterday, 10/17/24, I received a phone call that they need to reschedule my appointment because the person I am supposed to see will be doing deliveries at the hospital that day. I again explained my insurance situation and was told that they would try to see if there was anything available before 10/31 and would call me back. Since I never received a call back yesterday, I called again this morning 10/18/24 and was told that they have no openings at all for the rest of the month. So now I am scrambling to find another provider who will see me before our insurance expires. If I could give zero stars I would for just a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and understanding all around.

1 /5 Bobbi Vonch: Front and nurse staff was very nice. The doctor didnt seem to want to listen to my concerns and I felt belittled. It took me over an hour to see the doctor after my appointment time. I was there almost 2 hours total most of that time I was waiting. I understand people get behind and busy but the doctor didnt even apologize for running behind.

2 /5 kiera cordiano: This is my 5th pregnancy with 3 different doctors over the years. we moved and this was the closest obgyn that takes my insurance, I am underwhelmed and disappointed with the overall care. They havent done anything "bad" or off, but I feel its because I know what to expect doing this so many times prior I know the drill, but if I were a first time mom I would feel absolutely left in the dark and honestly scared. What makes me most disappointed and what prompted this review is that there is NO after hours phone number- link to ask questions or need for assistance in cases of emergency or serious/urgent questions. I need to speak to someone and am 31 weeks pregnant. I have no way to contact anyone since its the weekend. I was never given a separate # in case of emergency and when I call there is no urgent answer service/connection to nurse on call option...it simply just hangs up. For an OBGYN office I feel this is completely unacceptable. I am sad about this being my experience and I wish I had chosen a different doctors office to be honest.
