Cordell Jeter Responsive... Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it

Linda MacLeod We were visiting Tallahassee for the weekend and our trucks radiator split on a Saturday at 6pm. We called My Mobile Mechanic and Brian answered the phone right away. He replaced the radiator in a parking lot after dark, refilled the coolant and had us on our way by 8:30pm. Price was fair for a roadside weekend at night major repair. Made it back to Jacksonville the next day with no issue.

Benjamin Jones I was searching for another Auto Mech Shop here in Tallahasee after many years of dealing with a shop that I considered fair/honest but as time went by all the long time mech departed and things didnt work out as well, but Bass Auto Repair Shop restored my faith with them on being a honest and reliable auto mech shop here in Tallahassee. The owners of the shop were very helpful and honest about what our vehicle needed and didnt try to sell us something just to make an addition buck on. Thanks to you Charles and your wife for an honest and reliable shop we can depend on now.

Steven Saxton KC and his mechanics are some of the last honest mechanics in Tallahassee! They are able to give me clear information about whats going on with my car every time I visit, get the work done as fast as possible (even if it means overnighting parts) and charge reasonable prices for the work they do. I cant recommend A2Z enough!!

K P Update 2025 - Clay kept my family on the road for decades. I just got a new car. I have a warranty and no problems. But I am mourning the day that I do. I never took my cars to the dealer, always to Clay. He was as honest and skilled as they come. "When you find a good mechanic, you have found a good thing." RIP in Mr. Clay. You will be missed.

Alexandria Jones Superb! The level of service and professionalism is like none other that I have encountered in many years. They addressed my concerns in a compassionate way and eased my anxiety from fear of me not being able to trust my vehicle in their care, due to past experiences elsewhere. Also, with me being new to town and not knowing anyone they even accommodated me and my pups while working on my vehicle. My vehicle went in for a service and came out with no issues and for that they have earned a loyal customer with me because I dont trust any and everyone with my vehicle. Bob Mullinax I recently had four new ties mounted. They were very fairly priced and i was thoroughy delighted with the entire experience. The manager and service men were courteous, accomodating, prompt and highly skilled. I give it an A+!
