5 /5 Alexandria Jones: Superb! The level of service and professionalism is like none other that I have encountered in many years. They addressed my concerns in a compassionate way and eased my anxiety from fear of me not being able to trust my vehicle in their care, due to past experiences elsewhere. Also, with me being new to town and not knowing anyone they even accommodated me and my pups while working on my vehicle. My vehicle went in for a service and came out with no issues and for that they have earned a loyal customer with me because I dont trust any and everyone with my vehicle. Thank you gentlemen and I will see yall on my next service!

5 /5 John JES: We have been using the same auto repair shop in Atlanta for over 20 years so when my daughter went away to college at Florida State, we were apprehensive that wouldn’t be able to find a repair shop that was as good and trustworthy. We definitely found it in Powerhouse Auto Repair. The staff there are courteous, helpful. Most importantly they are completely honest and thorough in their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I’m so glad that we found them. They are truly a five star shop all the way around! If you are an out-of-town parent, this is the place you want, if you’re a local it’s really a no-brainer you can’t do any better.

5 /5 Jay Waller: I have to admit, I had never heard of Powerhouse Auto Repair. I had ordered a Magnaflow Catback system for my Ford F-150. The problem was the seller told me it would fit my F-150 but it was 12" short. It was designed for a short-bed pickup and I have a long-bed. I was calling around searching for 3" exhaust pipes when NAPA told me about Powerhouse. After reading reviews, I was sold. I went there first thing Tuesday morning and they are an amazing group of guys. Phil was very helpful and Jim, the owner knew exactly what was needed to get me on the road with a great looking exhaust. Joe was the technician and was very patient while I asked a ton of questions. My truck looks and sounds great and the prices was VERY REASONABLE. I would definitely consider them for your auto performance and repair needs.

Jim was not only the Professional I was looking for but he made me feel at home and had great conversation. His service was fast and the quality is unmatched. Thank you, Jim! 5 /5 Don Norrell: My RAM 1500 broke down 15 miles from Tallahassee. I was stranded so I called powerhouse and they recommended a towing service. After my RAM was towed there and it was determined that the water pump had went out. Powerhouse automotive put me in front of 28 cars that they had there in order to get me back on the highway. They are a little pricey but the work was very professional. They had a wonderful place for me and my mother to rest and watch TV while they repaired my vehicle. 5 hours later I was back on the road headed to Jacksonville. I do recommend this place because of the quality and professionalism that day. As I mentioned earlier they were a tad pricing but its worth paying the extra price to have something done right the first time.
