5 /5 Shana Lindsey: Had yet another great experience at Silo Nails today. The salon is always clean, the staff friendly and the service is always top notch. Christina always has a bottle of water ready for me and makes every experience wonderful. She takes her time, never makes you feel rushed or you’re just another number. Going there you are going to see a friend who just so happens to do an amazing job on your nails. If you’re looking for a pedicure, Kim is the best in town!! I would highly recommend Silo Nails!

1 /5 Ruth Sauter: Moved too far away to use old salon. Tried this one because close to my home. Pedicure first. Kept trying to push other services on me whole time there. When ready to paint toes, person doing mine pulled my seat so far forward and pushed the back of the chair tightly against my back, jamming me in an uncomfortable position and hard to breathe. Moved to waxing chair which had no foot rest and was very hard on my legs. Girl used wax way too hot and way too much on eyebrows, then moved to chin--still too hot. Got to lips and she was still using way too much wax (and very hot); burned left lower lip. At same time dropped large glob of hot wax that landed on my right collar bone. I pushed her away and screamed for help. Manager came, apologized, finished what was missed, and still charged me for both services. I will NEVER go there again, and dont recommend that anyone else go there. Didnt want to even give one star, but this wont finish unless I do.

5 /5 yasmine moreno: My mom and i went in this afternoon and Victoria and Christina are amazing!! Our nails have never looked better! I garden pretty heavily and my nails aren’t the healthiest but they worked their magic and my nails feel and look better than ever!! Same goes for my mom, her toes look amazing and she really loved talking with everyone.

2 /5 Red Queen: I usually go to Salinas nails but I wanted to try a different salon so I saw the good reviews on Silos and thought itd be a good salon to go to. I had called and asked how much a gel manicure and pedicure would cost, I got the information and said I would be there in about 10 minutes, I get there and am greeted and asked to look st the colors while I wait. As Im looking at the colors one of the techs comes over and says she can take me to start my pedicure, pedicure was going great until they had one of their techs start on my nails while I was getting my pedicure done. So I had to keep turning and being uncomfortable in the seat, then after he gets to a point where all he has left to do is the gel polish I notice the tech that was giving me my pedicure didnt do gel polish like I asked, when I went over to finish my nails they couldnt do the designs I had wanted to I had to settle for something quickly. As I was leaving i noticed when i held my hand up in the sunlight I saw that my gel polish I got with my manicure was splotchy. They were busy as I was leaving so I didnt get to talk to someone about my pedicure, so I called shortly after I left asking questions about my pedicure. I was told I got regular polish instead of gel like I had asked, I got told I could come back in and they would fix it but I would be charged again to get gel polish even though I had paid already for regular and even though i asked for it on the phone and at the salon. I think I will stick with going to Salinas from now on, I always leave there happy and they always accommodate to the designs Im wanting.

5 /5 Angela Phillips: I absolutely love Silo nails. Myra does the best work ! The entire staff is so kind and accommodating. Very relaxing atmosphere ! This is the place to treat yourself!
