Both doctors, Dr. Williams & Dr. Puckett and entire staff are always patient & kind. Their expertise in caring for all my pets always exceeds my expectations. Thank you all.

He was very patient and gentle with her. The staff were great as well, making her feel so loved. We are very happy weve found her new doctor

Very nice facility, pleasant employees, and Dr. Williams took the time to learn about our pups and share helpful insights, too. Nice to not feel rushed out. 5 /5 Nikki B: Outstanding vet clinic. The vet doctors are great vets, that truly care about the furkids. The receptionists are very pleasant and extremely helpful.the techs are wonderful as well. They are all fantastic but want to give a shout out to Lisa who I felt went above and beyond when I needed an appointment for my dog. We couldn’t get in for a few days, so Lisa kept checking for any cancellations that came up and moved my appointment when it did and kept me informed. They are a very busy clinic, and could prob in the future maybe add another vet to their staff, but it’s not surprising they are so busy because of the outstanding work they do and the compassion they all have for the furkids.

5 /5 Mary Lubbers: Words cannot express how thankful my family is for the entire staff at Safe Haven. They have provided excellent care for our 2 dogs over the last 3 years. I am confident that will continue. They went above and beyond to accommodate our sweet girl, Lucy, in her final days. The love, support & flexibility shared with us created such a peaceful environment. That memory will always be cherished. This clinic truly is a "safe haven".
