1 /5 Jesicca Aloha: I’ve been going to the salon for about six months. My first few experiences were good and they progressively got worse and worse today I came in for a pedicure and manicure when I got there. I realize I won’t have time to do both so I told the owner I only want to do a manicure and she assure me that they can do both at the same time. Three different technicians came to ask me what color I wanted and then walked away. A second technician came and asked me what shape I wanted then walked away. A third one came after I had communicated the color and shape I wanted.. third one came and walked away. by the time, my pedicure was done. No one came to do my nails, and I had to leave without my nails done. The customer service was terrible. The lady was ignoring me and wouldn’t come and talk to me to offer a solution . She didn’t even offer to put a clear nail coat on my hands my nails wear dirty and I specifically told her I was going to only do my nails because I didn’t have time. She was rude. Unprofessional didn’t offered to make it up to me in Anyway I do not recommend going to this salon over the past few months it’s gotten progressively bad.

1 /5 Marissa Demeritte: I think that I’ve held out long before writing this review, almost every time I book my appointment with my favorite nail tech when you get to the salon you’re seated with someone totally different with no apology and no explanation! And this is now the second time that my nails are chipped within less than a week! I had my nails done on Christmas Eve and I have chipped nails!

5 /5 luiza buscariollo: Iralys did my nails today and she did such an incredible job! She is detail oriented and is excellent at shaping nails! This was the first time in a long tine where i didn’t have to go home and touch up my shape.. i got to go home and just enjoy having gorgeous nails. I highly recommend Iralys if you’re looking for a new nail tech, she really takes her time and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. She is also very nice and gave an overall great experience. I am so happy that I get to have such beautiful work on my hands for my trip to Switzerland this weekend. Also as always Radiant nail spa is a really fun salon with a mountain of snacks and fun holiday decore. The front desk was helpful in putting my with a great tech. Love love love!
