2 /5 Kristie Salem: My nail tech was great. Been going there for year. This last time I went 1 week after getting my nails done I got a nail fungus which I have never had. Left 2 messages to advise them and never heard back.

5 /5 Jen Leach: My daughter and I had a last minute idea to go get our nails done today and Sugarcoat Nail Lab was the perfect choice. The staff was so friendly. I went in and had no clue what I wanted...talked to the nail artist and she did an amazing job. It was super fast and we are both very happy with our visit. We will be back.

5 /5 Alejandra Otero: Ive been having Jade do my nails for a while and Ive not had a bad experience! I have been having GelX as my nail choice. The vibe is always so welcoming and the nail technicians are always conversing with their clients and each other and its very nice! It is always clean and near as well.

2 /5 Katie Bowie: I’d been to this salon twice before this manicure. When I arrived this time I stood at the desk waiting to be helped. The receptionist was on the phone and ignored me. After standing a few minutes and not being looked at I sat down. After she hung up the phone she walked away to fold towels. I sat for 15 minutes before I had to walk back to get her attention and ask her where to sit. Meanwhile nail techs were just standing around talking not paying any attention either. The service is subpar. I was also cut on every single one of my nails by the tech as she buffed them. When I went to pay they tacked on an extra $5 for shaping my nails! I won’t be going back to this salon.

5 /5 Michelle A: Ive been going to Jade for years. She is fantastic. Ive always had exceptional service from the entire staff. This salon has a Neighborhood vibe. Everyone knows everyone. Sister owned and operated and the people there love nails. They always know whats on trend. Its the complete opposite off all of these soulless chain shops that are popping up all over which you can tell the techs dont want to be there.
