1 /5 Erin Daly: Misdiagnosed my sis with fibromyalgia when she has periferal neuropathy. Staff member Monique answered phone and heard from patient that stool (was yellow and black) and said u have "what?" Said we will call u back but they never called back!!! Ms hall prescribed to patient medication that caused profuse vomiting and then without a visit..changed to a medication that caused hallucinations. Patient couldnt stand or walk without losing all bowel function and Ms Hall never called back ps black stool means blood and yellow signifiied Illieus...Patient was admitted to hospital with Sepsis after family from out of state intervened.(pt told ms hall she fell internal chills) dr disregarded. Patient admitted with sepsis, low BP, significant dehydration, colitis, diverticulitis of ascending colon, atherosclerosis of heart and mild copd and a blood sugar of 187..Ms hall.told her it was"fibromyalgia " my sister nearly died. Then at discharge :Advent health care coordinator said Ms hall could refer to Drs who would work with patient on sliding scale payment plan. Monique (assistant)was kind and said absolutely will look into. 1hr later Ms Joella Hall. called recovering patient at home, berating patient, telling her NO specialty doctors in state of Fla could treat her and sorry "youre stuck, ps im no longer treating u..try a clinic elsewhere but told patient to retake full dose of. Medication that make her profusely vomit and caused significant abdominal distress..seriously????word to the wise.find another provider. This one doesnt give a darn. She completely failed my sister in every way possible and we are grateful that she didnt die due to this person Grose unethical care...
