From the hospital staff to the cleaning folks were very nice and polite. They couldn’t help me enough and made me feel very welcome.

They answered numerous questions from me - far more than the average patient would ask- with patience and understanding of my anxiety about the operation. Tracy Fickert I went to the ER on a Saturday morning. I was seen and triaged promptly. I was put in a room very quickly. Carolyn was my nurse and she was great! Dr. Cyr was fantastic. I was in and out in 4 hours which is very quick! All the staff was wonderful. I would go there again if need be.

Georganne DeLaughter Dr. Hayashi is a friendly, professional, and skilled podiatrist. Shes fixed my ingrown toenail twice. I caused it by cutting my nail too close. Not only did she remove the ingrown nail, but she also gave me follow up instructions and care so my nail healed. Her office staff are friendly. However, it is impossible to get to her office without going through Upperline Health and it takes them forever to answer the phone. I gave up waiting after 10 minutes of obnoxious music and recordings of how great Upperline is. After leaving my number I got a call about half an hour later. I had to struggle with them to let me talk to her office staff. Dr. Hayashi I searched the internet a while for a number to reach your office directly but couldnt find one. Every number I found sent me to Upperline Health.

Breonna Soza Amazing and quick service! I got to word vomit everything that has been happening with me, and the nurse, Velvet, and Dr. Hayashi were very friendly and understanding - we came up with a treatment plan and are currently working on that. Thank you so much to the nurse Velvet, for making me feel understood as well and for giving me her experience with her foot issues — it helped to hear that I wasnt alone and that there are solutions to my issues. Thank you both so much! :)

Carmen L Clark It was a bit awkward when I first got there. One of the receptionist at the front was a bit put out with me. She asked me to write down my allergies and I pointed to my med list that I wanted to give her; she didn’t accept. Said I had to write it down. So I forgot a lot of things I was allergic to. But here comes the nurse. She was absolutely sweet and friendly. Ten came in the nurse practitioner Savannah Munier. She was great. She answers all my questions and was very friendly. I will be going back for a full body checkup for cancer.
